Penny wise and pound foolish. This old expression came to my mind recently. Two different companies had approached remington to help them with financing. Both of them decided that we were too expensive and did not hire us. Both of these companies have now filed for bankruptcy. I believe that both of these companies could have avoided filing had they hired us. For a very small fee we could have put them on the right track.

I appreciate this stance very much. I work with a number of real estate developers who could really use guidance, but they have a hard time admitting it to themselves. Have you found any effective techniques that would help me prepare my clients for your service.
