We are excited to be developing an expanded business plan to increase our business in mexico. Our entire department will be bilingual. Our capital markets group has greatly increased the number of capital sources who are anxious to finance transactions in mexico.

What is your minimum loan requirement for projects in Mexico? I have a residential development looking for $5M USD.
