    I am interested in receiving more information about your affiliate broker’s program.

    I have a client who is looking for financing for the purchase of twenty (20) town homes (REO properties).

    The purchase price is $1,100,000. That’s $55,000 per unit.

    Estimated value per unit is $100,000. The properties are located in Clemson South Carolina never Clemson University. The town homes are fairly new with nine (9) already rented out.

    My client would like to purchase the town homes, rent the remaining eleven (11) units and resell the property for a profit.

    Is this a project Remington would be interested in?

    We would be interested in becoming an affiliate the main issue would be is that our company does not take upfront fee from borrowers and we would like to grow. our typically loan size is around 750,000 to around 4 million. but we package deals well for presentation. please tell me how we would join hands and help close deals in this market. Indian dont like paying upfront fees until they get commitment letter this is the issue.
