We&#8217;re excited by this increase in appetite from our capital sources and expect the number of approvals to continue to grow in the months to come.</p>

<ol>
<li>The deal is unfundable</li>
<li>The deal is not being presented effectively to the capital markets</li>
<li>The deal is not being presented to the right capital sources</li>
</ol>
<p>While we do come across deals that fall into the first category, the majority of deals that are brought to Remington are not hopeless; they just need work.</p>
